We at Finger Lakes Farmstead Cheese Company strive to produce premium quality cheese, handcrafted from locally produced milk, offering great taste and value to the consumer while supporting a family farm.
We make aged, raw-milk, specialty cheeses using milk from our family's 50-cow Holstein dairy. We use a traditional European-style artisanal process. All our cheeses are handmade and are carefully aged for a minimum of 60 days. The cows graze during the summer season and are rBGH-free.
